The Board of Governors of Ridgegate Home is a corporate body responsible for the administration of the home.

Mrs Rose Bowering was appointed as the registered manager here in 2005. Rose has a wealth of experience in care and has also attained an NVQ level 5 qualification in Care Management and the Registered Managers Award.
The Manager is supported by a strong and dedicated team, who have all been selected due to their experience and caring approach to elderly people.
The home's administrator and Deputy Manager is Mrs. Lyn Arnould and she is more than happy to help with any problems you may have. She deal with all aspects of administration with regards to the residents and staff.
The Care Team is lead by Linda Coppard as the Head of Care and she is supported by 2 senior care
assistants and 11 care support workers, most of whom have qualified to NVQ Level 2 or above. The Senior Carers have been successful in gaining the higher-level NVQ Level 3 qualification in care. A continuous staff-training programme is in place to ensure that these high standards are maintained.
The Ancillary Staff consists of three domestics, five kitchen staff, a laundry lady and a maintenance engineer who are all dedicated to keeping the home running smoothly.
